Season 6 Pure Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Rajasthan

1/5 Stars - AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!

I'm still fuming after the appalling experience my group and I had at this restaurant. We walked in with high hopes, but what we got was a masterclass in incompetence and sheer disregard for customer satisfaction.

We placed our order, and then... we waited. And waited. And waited some more. For OVER 45 MINUTES, we sat there, watching as other tables were served, and our server seemed to vanish into thin air. We had to get up and leave just to get someone's attention, and even then, our server seemed put off that we were leaving.

But the cherry on top of this disastrous sundae was when we witnessed the kitchen staff RE-USING LEFTOVER SALAD RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR EYES! I'm talking about the same salad that had been sitting out for who-knows-how-long, being scooped back onto a new plate and served to unsuspecting customers. It was like they thought we wouldn't notice. PATHETIC.

Needless to say, we will NEVER be back to this restaurant. The lack of service, the incompetence, and the blatant disregard for food safety and customer well-being are all major red flags. Save your money, save your sanity, and AVOID THIS RESTAURANT...

Edit: The place is still the same and they are adamant about not changing their serve plates. Fine with whatever rolls their dice.

Overall it was an okay experience. Nice ambience. We went during Saturday summer evening (around 9.30pm) , and the atmosphere was dull. There were hardly 3-4 customers, including us.

If this was to be ignored, then we had a nice experience. The food was okay. We had Punjabi Pizza as it was recommended in spicy pizza, and Arrabiata Pasta. The pizza was great, and had a thin crispy crust. The pasta was so so. We had Cold Coffee and Virjin Mojito, which was great and a relief in summer.

Didn't like their serving plates though. They were plastics!! Food graded, melamine, all that aside, a plastic plate is a plastic plate.

This restaurant uses fancy names to attract rather than that they have nothing fancy, they serve incomplete dishes and will charge primium price for it, I ordered garlic bread , Greek salad , itallian sizzler and water melon juice. Garlic bread they served me has no flavours ar all , sizzler they serve on aluminium foil so most of the layers got burns due to serving style, Greek Salad they served was just veggies direct from the fridge, no feta cheese or seasoning on it and when I complained to owner about it than she replies "it is what it is" "neither we will change it nor we will take it back you have to pay for it". And juice they served was very low in quantity at the price they took for it....
