The behavior of the receptionist, Mr. Gehlot, was very rude. We encountered a heated moment with him, which was unexpected from a hotel of this caliber.

It was 23:00 hours when we arrived at the hotel without prior room reservations. After agreeing on the tariff, we inquired about food. The receptionist informed us that the restaurant was already closed. We requested him, explaining that we had traveled a long distance and were very tired, if he could accommodate a last-minute order as a special request. He agreed but emphasized that we needed to order quickly.

When we asked for the menu, he impatiently mentioned that it was the last order and to decide quickly. This led to a confrontation where he became increasingly agitated and rudely informed us that we would not be served food anymore. We were surprised and disappointed by his behavior, especially considering the reputation of the hotel. We decided to leave immediately without having food or staying there. This experience was very unpleasant and left a negative impression...
