Imagine doctors hangout after a hectic shift to get a good food with a calm environment and boooom u got a unprofessional and mannerless staff.. went for a dinner and requested multiple time for a menu for almost 15mins, the waiter came with the name of Surender and throw the menu on the table n went off without saying anything. Called him back and question politely why would he throw the menu and he started throwing tantrum saying I was busy and walk off..went we started to walk away without ordering as he was being rude +++, approached by the Supervisor/owner of that restaurant to clarify the matter but they can even justify by saying they can only say sorry and nothing else and to change the seat if we want. Their hospitality level 🤌🏻 I must say they need to learn the basic hospitality and manners before thinking of running a restaurant.. don't forget to compare their menu price for veg and non veg. U would see huge price difference in the same tea, roti & certain other stuff. We took late night dinner here.Mr. Anoop Sharma attended us. The ambience is excellent. We requested for kid friendly Khichdi. Since it was a customized meal, he agreed that he will charge Rs 185 for one plate of khichdi (one portion).Later when the bill was made we found they charged nearly Rs 300 for a single plate of khichdi. They warmed our baby's food (home made). The restaurant mentioned they should also charge extra for just warming the baby's food. We went to many Dhaba and restaurants all over India, they never charge extra for just warming baby food. Also this restaurant will ask you to give them five star review in google.
