The Belgian Waffle in Shobhagpura is very bad. I get that it is recently opened but still. I asked for some extra maple syrup because mine hardly had any and it was mayple syrup waffle and the server told me he can't give it because they have a limited stock. 🤣 I mean come on! A drizzle of maple syrup won't empty your stocks. I politely accepted. He then asked his manager about it. The weird manager then came and stared at me as if I have asked for his kidney. I ordered Death by Chocolate Belgian waffle cake amounting to Rs. 600 on Zomato, however I received a wrong order i.e. just a waffle with banana toppings. I called the manager/owner of Shobhagpura Belgian Waffle Co., however he refused to deliver us the correct order. I then went to the Shobhagpura branch to replace the order, the owner refused again. I recently visited the Belgian Waffle branch in Udaipur, expecting a delightful desert experience. Unfortunately, the service was appalling.

The staff's behavior was unprofessional, and their mannerisms were unacceptable. The way they communicated was rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome.

The service was slow and inefficient, adding to our frustration.

While the food might be good, the staff's attitude and poor service ruined our experience.
