I had one of the most disappointing dining experiences at The London Table Restaurant, and I feel compelled to share this so others don’t waste their time or money here. From the moment we entered, the service was careless, inattentive, and shockingly unprofessional. Despite the restaurant’s reputation and pricing, what we received was far from even basic standards.

The staff showed no sense of urgency or courtesy. Our order was delayed for an unreasonable amount of time, and even after repeated reminders, no one seemed to care. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, poorly presented, and completely different from what was promised on the menu. To add to the frustration, the staff was unapologetic, and instead of resolving the issue, they seemed irritated that we even raised a concern.

The most disappointing part of the entire experience was the manager’s response. After complaining directly to him, I expected at least an attempt at a solution, but instead, the matter was brushed aside with indifference. No replacement, no apology, and absolutely no effort to salvage the situation. This reflects a complete lack of accountability and customer respect.

For a place that charges premium rates, one would expect professionalism, quality, and courtesy, but what The London Table offers is the exact opposite — a display of how not to run a restaurant. It’s not just about bad service; it’s about the utter disregard for customers who come with genuine expectations of a pleasant dining experience.

Absolutely delightful experience! I recently had one of the best meals at The London Table, Jodhpur — and the highlight was that it was completely without onion and garlic, something incredibly rare and hard to find these days. The food exceeded all my expectations — rich in taste, beautifully presented, and prepared with evident care and authenticity.

What made the experience even more memorable was the excellent service by the three waiters on duty- Khritesh Ji, Sawai Ji and Santosh Ji.They were polite, prompt, and very attentive, ensuring everything was served just right.

Bhai Just dont know why this restaurant is still open. No footfall even in mall then think about the footfall in this restaurant. Literally no one comes, it feels like you are sitting at haunted place. Only 1-2 customers at a time come over there. Dont know how they survive but on the other side food is okayish with high rates. Staff is too slow service is super slow. One manager is super arrogant like he is manager of Some Big Brand. This is the reason that no one loves to come.
