Order Cancelled Due to Lack of Change

Dear Domino’s Team,

I am writing to express my frustration with a recurring issue I have experienced with your delivery service. On several occasions, your delivery personnel have failed to carry sufficient change for cash payments. This has now happened once again, and this time it led to my order being cancelled — which is completely unacceptable.

Before placing my most recent order, I clearly informed the staff that I only had a ₹500 note and would require change. I was told this would not be a problem. However, when the delivery person arrived, he claimed he didn’t have any change and refused to complete the delivery. As a result, the order was cancelled, and I was left without my food.

This is not the level of service one expects from a well-established brand like Domino’s. Many customers still prefer to pay in cash, and it should be standard practice for delivery staff to carry enough change. Expecting customers to arrange for exact change every time, especially when informed in advance, is both inconvenient and...

Awful experience since the AC was deliberately turned off at 3pm with the excuse that it was supposed to be turned off from 3pm to 6:30pm according to the rules. We informed the customer care who informed us that there were no such rules and since the food was served we couldn't contact the customer care again due to end of validity of the order. There were no fans as well. It was a total mess.This is to inform that you shouldn't ever approach this MG Road, Kolkata branch as we were looked down upon for being young women. We were being given illogical irrational excuses. It was awful. The other branches follows no such rules. The customer service was extremely awful. One of the employees named Kumkum also stated that no such stupid rules were followed elsewhere. The manager Subdol or whatever his name was blatantly lied and gave excuses for their pathetic customer service. NEVER...

Pathetic experience with my Pizza order. Ordered Indi Chicken Tikka Pizza. The topping was full of Ketchup. 2-3 small chicken pieces on each slice. The order was marked delivered even before the delivery was done. I placed the order at 5.56 and I received a call at 6.26 to get the Direction. 30 mins delivery was not done. I was not bothered abou the 5 mins delay. But the quality was poor. After reporting over phone a complaint was registered and was told that I will receive a call within 24 hours. I asked if I can share an image. I was told that was not required.

Restaurant manager called after almost one hour and mentioned as I have already ate the pizza nothing can be done. After the call I received a message saying I was not available to answer the call and was requested to update my phone number.

This is is ridiculous. Please take stringent action...
