I had placed an order for six portions of biryani and one mixed fried rice. Out of these, two biryanis—still sealed—were handed over to our guests. The remaining four biryanis and the mixed fried rice were kept for our own dinner.
However, during our meal, we were quite disappointed to discover that the mutton pieces were exceptionally small—certainly not exceeding 40 grams each. This was contrary to what we had been assured earlier, which was that each piece would weigh approximately 70–75 grams.
I immediately contacted the restaurant to raise my concern. In response, they claimed that the size of the mutton reduces significantly during cooking. While I understand that some shrinkage is natural, does it truly shrink by nearly 50% of its original weight? That seems highly improbable. The taste of the biriyani is also worst too much rose water and worst attor flavour.
Following a rather frustrating exchange, they mentioned they would send over six replacement pieces to my address. However, I had not confirmed or agreed to this during the call. Later, when the delivery executive contacted me, I informed him that the matter was no longer relevant as we had already finished our dinner, and therefore, he could return with the mutton.
Subsequently, the restaurant insisted that we produce the original mutton pieces served with the biryani. Is it truly reasonable to expect a customer to preserve the food and remain available until 11:30 PM for a resolution?
As a long-standing and loyal patron, I found today’s experience utterly unacceptable. Based on this incident, I will no longer be placing any orders with them, nor will I recommend them to anyone. This was, without question, one of the most disappointing dining experiences I...
Read moreOnly good part of the restaurant is ambiance. Food is so so. We have had biriyani several times. Chicken biryani is not that tasty. Too much use of essences. A bit of dry biriyani. We also ordered reshmi butter masala last day. The gravy wad good but the chicken pieces were not soft as desired. In starter we ordered for drums of heaven. Taste of the food was ok but again the chicken pieces were not soft at all. Besides size of drumsticks were not up to the mark. Only good part was butter tandoori which was soft and tasty. This place is recommended only for snacks like fries, rolls etc. for dinner and heavy meal its not a good choice. Price...

Small place, few tables but it was not that crowded during lunch hour week days when we have visited. They accept all modes of payment cash,...
