Top N' Town — Restaurant in Rewa

I ordered ice cream from Top 'N Town through Zomato, specifically a half kg of Rajbhog. However, when the ice cream arrived, it was only 380 grams and wasn't Rajbhog but some other flavor. This was disappointing and not what I paid for.

Trying to resolve the issue with Zomato was frustrating. There was no specific number to call for customer support. When I emailed them, they did not take any action and simply suggested leaving a review for the place. This lack of response and accountability from Zomato was very disappointing.

The experience has been quite frustrating, both due to the incorrect order from Top 'N Town and the poor customer service from Zomato. I hope Top 'N Town ensures their orders are correct and that Zomato improves their customer service to handle such issues better in the future. I would not recommend ordering from this place through Zomato until these problems...

Amazing experience, the place & staff is very welcoming. I have been there for multiple times and every time is a phenomenal experience. They have huge variety of ice creams & shakes. Staff does a wonderful job of describing outstanding tastes they make. Top n Town is the best & top notch place to go.

A great place to be with family n friends after dinner..... choclate brownie rolls are the best here and butterscotch nuts are also good😊😊!! amazing place with variety of icecream flavours..the quality is also so good n creamy.........rates are reasonable and staff is good and polite..n thnks a lot for...
