I visited your restaurant "Food and Fun Family Restaurant" recently and ordered the following items:

Half Chicken Handi

4 Butter Roti

1 Jeera Rice

1 Veg Fried Rice

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The chicken handi had a foul smell, clearly indicating that it was not fresh or possibly spoiled. I immediately complained to the staff, but no appropriate action was taken. Despite reporting the issue, I was still charged the full amount of ₹580.

This kind of negligence towards food quality and customer concern is very serious. As a paying customer, I expect hygienic and fresh food with responsible service. I request you to look into the matter seriously and take strict action to avoid such incidents in the future.

When i entered in the restaurant, i saw a mouse over the counter. But i ignored. Then i order tawa chicken and plain rice, after that the server give a plate of onion salad then again i saw spider web stick on plate. When my food arrive, then we start about to eat then again i found a big piece of plastic in plate tawa chicken. Owner of the restaurant was not there. Then we leave the food as it is.
