If I had the option to give less than one star, I absolutely would have.
My experience was extremely disappointing from the very beginning. First of all, I had to wait a long time just to place an order. Even after ordering, it took ages for the food to arrive. When the food finally came, I found an insect in the dal, which was absolutely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the sweets had dead flies in them — and these are the same sweets they were serving to customers.
The hygiene standards were shocking. When I went to wash my hands, there was no soap or even any alternative available. How can a restaurant operate without basic hygiene facilities?
Even the cleanliness of the place was poor — there was only one staff member responsible for cleaning, and he took a very long time to clean even a single table.
This was my first impression of their restaurant, and sadly, it was a terrible one. I will definitely not be visiting again, and I do not recommend...
