The ambiance suffered from a discordant soundtrack of subpar early 2000s Bollywood music, clashing with the establishment’s intended atmosphere. Compounding this, a neighboring café offered live music that starkly highlighted Moonlight’s deficiencies. When inquiring about the source, staff misleadingly attributed it to their own reception area, which conspicuously lacked speakers.

Culinary offerings were equally substandard. The prawns lacked freshness, and the tea was marred by the use of processed ginger, resulting in a lackluster flavor profile. The limited breakfast selection—restricted to aloo paratha, poha, and idli—was underwhelming, notably omitting staples such as dosa. Adding to the dissatisfaction, a request for tea was met with instructions to self-serve from the buffet, undermining the expected service standards.

We had one day stay at TSG aura. Best resort at Neil Island. The resort is full of positive and aesthetic vibes with garden, attached to Seethapur beach, we can enjoy the sunrise from the door step of resort. The rooms are too good with balcony and 24 hours hot water facility.. The hospitality of the staff is amazing. The welcoming behaviour from the reception staff at the high rate. The food at moonlight restaurant is mind blowing.. Very tasty with less spices and variety of foods. The menu will be prepared keeping different regions of the nation. The captain taking keen interest and concern of the restaurant and guests. The manager handling well too. Overall a peaceful and stress releasing stay. Great experience if you with family...
