Chassum Chinese Restaurant & Bar in Namchi, Sikkim, proved to be a profoundly disappointing experience. Our party, including elderly individuals, endured an unacceptable 45-minute wait for lunch, with repeated assurances that the food was "coming soon." Upon further inquiry, it became clear that the meal was still at least an hour away from being ready. The staff, particularly the woman at the counter, appeared indifferent, preoccupied with her phone rather than addressing customer concerns. Had we been informed of the potential two-hour wait at the outset, we could have made alternative arrangements. They just serve food. Ambience only OK. The place is infested with cockroaches. It was shown to the hospitality crew too. Very vague answer received. I was told to remove my car from the place I had parked ( not a non-parking ) in the middle of my food. Thoroughly arrogant .
