Very misbehaving staff . They will never realise their mistake . Won't even improve it . Staff is very bad . Once I ordered white sauce pasta from here they delivered me in very bad condition almost water has entered inside the packaging since it was heavy rain that day ,but it's their duty to deliver me food in good condition either they can deny . I told them very politely it was heavy rain that day my phone lost its connection so I couldnt call him back after 1 hour they contacted me for the payment , I told them about food condition they talked to me very rudely . I simply said If will talk to me like that I would simply pay the half price . Then he disturbed me so much behaved rudely .Today i tried to order then again he behaved rudely. Tropicals manager is very polite nd good I request her to replace her staff. They misbehave with customers. I have ordered so many times from tropical never faced such kind of problem. Might he is drowning the reputation of tropical. Before none of the staff talked to me this way . I have visited nd ordered from tropical so many times . But this time it was very bad experience. This place is among the must visit places of Srinagar. This is a vegetarian restaurant that has indoor as well as outdoor seating areas. The food is quite good and the prices are also affordable. I have had Veg noodles,Pani puri,Hazelnut coffee, Cappuccino,Bedmi Poori thaali,Spaghetti ,Laccha Parantha and Paneer Butter Masala which were impressing but Rawa Masala Dosa was hard to chew. Paneer Pasanda also did not go well with my taste as it was a bit on the sweet side. Tex-Mex Salad is also quite good if you're into healthy eating. Do try their Coconut ice cream. The place is managed well but the only thing that is annoying here is that the staff members of this place keep revolving around you or they stand infront of you while you are eating your food. This thing really pissed me multiple times while I have been there. Big menu. Nothing available. Its better to have a small menu so you can actually serve what you claim to have. Service: waiter was well behaved. It was the person who he brought later when we decided to cancel 1 item (no more than 1 minute after ordering) because the combination item (that we wanted along with said cancelled item) was not available which the waiter informed us after placing the rest of the order in the kitchen. Which is fine. This person comes and starts telling "aapne hi toh order kia hai, humne thodi kia, cancel nahi hoga". Normally I would have said ok no problem.
