Not a Good Experience – Stale and Cold Biryani

I went to this hotel with my colleague and ordered biryani, but it was very disappointing. The biryani was cold, hard, and tasted like it was made the day before and just reheated. When I told the server, they claimed it was made fresh at 11 AM, but it didn’t feel like that at all. I had it around 12:15 PM, and it wasn’t hot or tasty.

I also tried to speak to the manager, but they didn’t respond properly. It’s really unfair that even after paying a good amount, we didn’t get fresh food. I hope they improve their food quality and customer service so that others don’t face...

I had the pleasure of trying Abitha Biriyani recently, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. The biriyani was aromatic, perfectly spiced, and had that authentic flavor that’s hard to find elsewhere. The meat was tender and well-cooked, blending beautifully with the long-grain basmati rice.

Portion sizes were generous, and the accompanying raita and brinjal curry complemented the dish wonderfully. You can tell the ingredients were fresh and prepared with care. It's clear that food quality is a top priority here.

Beef Briyani @ Abitha is so tasty, yummy and stands out to it's name. The complimentary gravy to the Briyani indeed compliments and blended well with Briyani. As well as wheat parotta with pepper mutton gravy was so delicious. Even the omelette tastes so good. The dishes prices are so fair and most of us can afford to have a stumptuos dinner at this price. The service was prompt and courteous. The ambience was comfortable enough to have a peaceful dine out with family. They also have a ample car parking space just before the hotel. I prefer to try other dishes at this restaurant....
