Read morePlease don't go here. Never seen such a worst service anywhere. Been to this place in Morning around 9.30 and normal dine was full so went to fine dine. There they said only Dosas are available and we ordered a Podi Dosa and Onion Uthappam. Till 10.05 we sensed that order was not ready and already super hungry and considering the delay we pre-ordered two more Dosas Rava Dosa and Plain Dosa and that time only attender said it will take more time. By 10.15 we lost our patience and no one attended till 10.20 so we left the place without having breakfast. And we came to know service was stopped on Fine Dine.
If we have been informed prior I would have moved to next hotel. What's the point of waiting and around 10 AM only they said Podi Dosa was not available and rest all 3 dosas are ready. But that too didn't reach.
I have been to other A2B hotels and never faced such situation. If Fine dine is closed why to allow people there and serving none.
Top of all no attenders are working responsible and with poor attitude. When asked some attender and enquired about Manager and they are saying no Manager is available and only Supervisor is there but no one came again. This is how this place is Managed.

The North indian servers had treated us as if We were there to eat food for free of cost LITERALLY TREATED US LIKE BEGGARS. Went to have breakfast here today. We have ordered pongal, idli and some other items here. And waiter have noted the order but the food was not served to our table. The matter of concern above all is WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE FOOD BUT THE FOOD GOT SERVED TO ALL OTHER TABLE EXCEPT OURS. HENCE MANY OF THE OTHER FOOD ITEMS WHICH WE HAVE ORDERED WAS NOT SERVED.
