This hotel is located in a very good spot. The ambience is awesome. The hillside view is also mind soothing. The hotel is maintained very neatly and the entrance to the hotel looks like a resort entrance. Well built structure in a beautiful location. The alankar hotel maintains its standards with the foods they provide. The prices are decent. A must visit place in Ratnagiri.

Updated rating as on 26/9/2020 We ordered: Masala dosa Plain dosa Rava dosa Faced similar situation this time. Thus changed the rating from 5 to 3. For 4 doses they give one small packet of chutney which is barely enough for 2 doses. On asking if chutney will be given if I can pay more, it was not entertained. Never faced this from the main alankar hotel ever. Only one variety of chutney will be given was what was told that too small quantity for 180rs worth dosa. For the same if I was dining there they provided 2 varieties of chutney. That was unacceptable as the parcel charge is more than dining charges. The management can do better than this as we all know. The worst ever experience and behaviour of food supplier. Providing food at the counter without paying the bill for the food especially for girls, by ignoring billed customer conveying the billed food is not available why can't you go for some alternative. I faced this yesterday at your Ratnagiri self service branch. Kindly avoid treating customer like this don't make partiality like women and men /girls and boys/.
