Alif Hot kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I ordered kothu parota and waited for more than 20 mins continuously for 2 days it's a small shop and employees are new to the field i can understand it . But that's not a problem. I already knew it will be late like yesterday so I instructed 3 persons already to pack faster since i had a baby. All i asked was you should have gave me faster it's late. The guy who claims himself to be the onwer of the place is just a rude head weight guy who accepts that he sells parota that made at afternoon and uses offensive language. I know it's tough to be working in a kitchen but never show it to an customer . He also says that he has 4 branches and I don't want to sell parotas here for a cheap price. FYI it's not cheap, you have set the price according to your shop setup and your competitors tariff, Then why the heck he opens a shop and fix a price and serve the customers very late and picks a fight on customer? It was very worst experience after being a regular customer to this hotel..we waited too long ,almost 20-30mins with a 1year old baby..they didn't pack ,when asked y it's late ? The owner started shouting at us,he was very rude with his words without any reason..I'm the person waiting for long time..but he is the one to dominate with the conversation by raising his voice..my suggestion is don't waste your time...better go to Lakshmipuram busstop(mudichur road ) V2 parotta...it's a super hotel with authentic...
