Restaurant is located within Hotel Regency. Vegetarian dining is arranged separately. Located opposite to GRT engineering college; outskirts hence accessible only through car/ bike. Diff veg options like Alpenne pasta, Tandoori items are available. Commendable cleanliness, respectable from waiters/ Watchmen. Food quality is decent enough. Offered soup & pappadams for all guests as food preparation took a long time.
Few suggestions to Management: Food is overpriced. I understand it's part of a residency hotel, however paying 550 rs for meals is not a welcome option for a guest arriving at this area. Pls Stop applying service charge .i don't want to pay extra when i am not happy about the service(it was respectable but not proactive; had to ask for spoons multiple times, to serve sambhar etc) Half litre Bottled water cost is only 10 rs ( MRP). BUT charged 27.7 rs per bottle. Pls don't overcharge and also apply...
Read moreHorrible experience. Myself and my daughter were the only guests at the restaurant. We entered around 6.20 pm and were advised dinner menu would be ready by 7 pm and they suggested snacks menu. We ordered one sada dosa and one ghee dosa.along with pakoda. They did not serve till 7.10 pm after us telling we are leaving. This was after lot of requests. They had atleast three or four chef, two mangers in full suit. Half a dozen trainees and so on. They were in their own world. Chutney was served from the chiller, was cold. Sambar was a mash up from lunch sambar. Even we had to beg for water. We have a great opinion on GRT , but this was a great let down. If they couldn't serve they could say so in the beginning. No point advertising 24 hrs service when nothing is served. Honestly a sad...

Had the food been good, I would have no complaints about the price. But considering how bad it tasted , I'm completely disappointed and regret having gone here for lunch after the temple visit...
