Tirulneveli has one of the best Chili Parothas you can find in Tamil Nadu, and I was eager to get some for dinner.

We ordered online CHILI PAROTHA, and even added a note EXTRA SPICY please. But what we got was a box filled with SOGGY, TASTELESS, UNSEASONED Parotha chopped up and stir fried. Which was CLEARLY Kothu Parotha.

I called the restaurant to notify them hey, this is not what we ordered, but they came back with some fiction story that "This is how we do it". I am sorry Madam, but maybe you can fool someone who never had Chili Parotha, but the sweet, tangy and chily sauce is NOWHERE to be seen, the CHILIES are NOWHERE to be seen.

I can only recommend that you stay FAR, FAR, FAR away from this place. Lousy food, lousy...

We just had our Breakfast over here while on our way to visit Kodaganallur Siva Temple. On this stretch of route (From Melapalayam through to Cheranmahadevi ) this is the only Modern and upscale restaurant. They serve pure Vegetarian Dishes, and Variety Dosas is their speciality.We had Ghee Dosa and Sambar Vada for Breakfast and they were yummy.
