It was a very bad experience for us that happened today. As we were travelling from so long distance with kids the ggogle suggested this hotel which closes at 12am. We reached here by 10.50pm and the staffs were rudely saying that dine in is closed and only parcel service is available. Even we requested them for kids, but one of them was shouting. And some of them were eating their dinner. If they were not serving at that time then why did they not mentioned it in google. Even all the lights were switched on there. When asked they are saying that time was updated recently. So cheap and disgusting behaviour from the staff. We believe its only the laziness...

Went out for family dinner had the worst customer service experience and the food was not just okay. The atmosphere and set up was good but that doesn't satisfy the dining experience. The head waiter who took the order was only concerned of suggesting more and more food, felt like he was forcing me to get more food that got wasted. To mention, Ordered for a chicken Pallipalayam chicken which was pathetic, the cook dint even justify 20% of the chicken Pallipalyalam recipe..
