Absolutely Horrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we walked in, it was clear this place has no sense of cleanliness or order. The floors were grimy, the tables were sticky, and the entire environment felt neglected and unhygienic.

There were no coordinators or staff to help with seating – you’re basically on your own. We had to awkwardly stand behind people while they ate, just to grab a table the moment they left. It felt chaotic, uncomfortable, and incredibly unprofessional.

The servers were downright rude, with zero interest in customer service. No greetings, no smiles – just cold stares and dismissive tones. Asking simple questions was met with annoyance, as if we were bothering them just by being there.

The toilets? Absolutely disgusting. No soap, dirty floors, overflowing trash cans, and a smell that made us question if we should just leave altogether. It’s clear they don’t care about hygiene at all.

The only redeeming factor was the parking space, which was okay – but that’s not nearly enough to make up for the rest of the disaster.

Do not get trapped into coming here. It’s a complete mess from start to finish. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel restaurant, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Zero stars if that...

The place is eerily calm and the A/C hall is closed. The coffee was not bad because of less sugar... I actually wanted fresh juice but they said that they don't have any.. then why in the world does every board of in the hotel says fresh juice? The samosa tasted like cardboard and slipped it to my dad. This place is not even useful for using the bathroom because of how awful they are. The water doesn't come from the toilet flush and smelled like urine everywhere in the surrounding of the bathroom. Even my mom who used the bathroom didn't enjoy it. I am not sure how the actual food there would be because I just pulled over for a quick snack and use the bathroom. That basic experience was underwhelming. Then I bet the food there is mediocre. While speaking to some people who live near it. They say that government bus which go by this route stop at this quite often for people to use bathroom. According to the locals there, the food is okay to them. At least, they could keep the bathroom cleaner or even better....

I had ordered a meals , mushroom briyani, special jigarthanda and i parcelled parotta.Meals which is 140 rupees it was good and mushroom briyani was average.The flavour of briyani was not mixed with rice properly which is 205 rupees.And special jigarthanda was good but icecream has many icecubes it should be maintained proper in freezer.Then parotta was 85 rupees.The service is not proper to my table.Service should be improve.Then ariyaas don't have special meals,mini meals and some dishes it should be add in their menu it will be good for all travellers.Otherwise ariyaas was good for recommended veg restaurant.

Again visited ariyaas at today for the breakfast.We ordered Dosa,Poori ,Vaa and coffee.Dosa was good with sambar,three types of chutney and 2 type of podi.Coffee and Vada was so good.But we disappointed at poori it was not good.The...
