This week, I had the pleasure of dining at ARK, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting ambiance set the tone for a wonderful evening.

The service was impeccable. Our waiters’ were attentive without being intrusive, and their recommendations were spot on. They had a deep knowledge of the menu and helped us make selections that suited our tastes perfectly.

Next, the food. Each dish was a delight. The chilli prawn was particularly outstanding, with its rich flavors and perfectly cooked ingredients. The honey chilli lotus stem was something very unique and it was the first time we tasted something like that! The ingredients were fresh, and each bite was a delight. The chef and owner truly understands how to blend flavors to create dishes that are both innovative and deeply satisfying.

Piri piri fries - 11/10 THE MAYO WAS SOO GOOOD And the potato texture😭💯😋👌🏻✔️

Veg Pad thai - 9/10 I felt it had less salt, mostly because I eat a lot of salt. And the peanut crumbs didn’t sit so well with me. But the dish was really tasty if I avoided the peanuts!!

Chicken Thai Red Curry w/ Rice - 10/10 My friend tried this, I’m a vegetarian so yeah. She LOVES Thai food and you can take her word when she says it’s one of the best Thai curries she’s had.

Garlic Gravy Paneer - 9/10 I prefer dry, but this was really a treat. An amazing side dish with rice and noodles!

I’ve heard the Nasi and Mee Goreng here is also very tasteful. Overall, it is a great (and very much pocket-friendly) place to hangout with friends, to chill and listen to music with finger-licking food...
