Barbequeen Restaurant (Kallakurichi ) — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

I’ve been a regular customer at your restaurant for a long time, but recently the experience has been disappointing. It’s clear that all the old staff are no longer there, and the quality of food and service has dropped noticeably.

Today, I was served grill chicken and roti that were not hot. When I requested them to be reheated, they turned rubbery and difficult to eat. The Hyderabadi chicken gravy had no flavor—it seemed like it was made using old fish gravy or some reused base.

When I asked the cashier for a feedback email ID, he was extremely rude and didn’t provide any answer. On top of that, he refused to give me a bill copy even after I asked 2-3 times. He just told me the total amount to pay without giving any proper receipt.

I hope you seriously look into these issues and take steps to restore the quality and service your regular...

Wanna share some minutes here.Recently we visited here, we ordered chicken biryani but after few minutes they said not available, later we ordered chicken rice Lately! it's very very low quality but price is so high, then we ordered none's and panner butter masala to eat proper meal but Lately! there is also a twist with rough none and tasteless lower average less panneer- butter masala then we ordered alfham chicken half. literally we are not full what problem with the quantity, taste and it was ordered first and it comes last , after 40 mins. at the end We Wont Full, we came out with a big amount bill . Actually we came to kallakurichi for a personal purpose and searched a good restaurant and we choose here but right now want to give feedback to avoid recommending, bad experiencing...

Recently had mutton biryani, chicken and fish dishes at a very modest non-veg meal in Kallakurichi.

The curry in the mutton biryani was very old and unbiteable. The taste of biryani is okay.

Shawarma is served very lightly without heat.

They come to take away the food and pay only the bill without very little service.

There is no single approach that interrogates any in between

The price is a bit high when looking at other restaurants but the quality and attitude is not that much

They are cheat customers amount by using old Card swiping Machine. It ll collect two times and Debited two times. But one payment not received still from Hotel side.

So don't use card payment...
