I recently ordered grilled chicken strips for my child, To begin with, the chicken strips were excessively hard, making them difficult to chew and enjoy. It seemed as though they had been overcooked, resulting in a tough and unpleasant texture. Additionally, the chicken strips were excessively spicy, causing a burning sensation that was highly uncomfortable, especially for a child.

Moreover, to my dismay, the chicken strips were loaded with chili chou's, further intensifying the spiciness and adding an unwanted element to the dish.

Disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the meal, I promptly informed the manager about my concerns. However, I was taken aback by the manager's response, which was dismissive and unsympathetic. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering a solution or apology, the manager simply stated that this was how the dish was supposed to be and offered no further assistance or compensation.

As a customer, I found this response to be unacceptable. It is disheartening to receive such a dismissive attitude when expressing genuine concerns about the quality of food. I had expected a more understanding and proactive approach from the management, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Overall, my experience with the grilled chicken strips was highly disappointing and unsatisfactory. The lack of quality, excessive spiciness, and poor customer service left a sour taste in my mouth. Dont go there .Because In social medias spread some information like 23-aug-23 half grill chicken just 100+gst timming is 6.04 pm to 8.04 pm. I was there at 6.05 pm offer stopped within a mins because of due to sortage of grill chicken. With in too mins offer was finished.

My question is If u have a limited stocķs u want to clearly intimated like. This offer was only 10 pepoles are 20 pepoles.
