I'm a traveller & i recently had the pleasure of dining at Bell Harbour Restaurant in Tuticorin, and I was blown away by the exceptional service provided by Manoj (One who take orders). What struck me as truly remarkable was his ability to recall our previous interactions, despite it being a couple of months since my last visit.
Not only did he remember me, but he also recalled the exact seat I had occupied during my previous visit – and I was amazed to find myself sitting in the same spot again! To top it off, he even remembered my order from last time, which was the delicious American Chopsuey.
This level of attention to detail and personal touch is truly commendable, and it speaks volumes about the high standards of service at Bell Harbour Restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is also noteworthy, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.
And, of course, the food is absolutely delicious! I had intended to provide feedback after my previous visit, but unfortunately, I didn't get around to it. However, Manoj's exceptional service has prompted me to share my wonderful experience with others.
If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience in Tuticorin, look no further than Bell Harbour Restaurant. The combination of outstanding service, ambiance, and cuisine makes it a must-visit...
Read moreI would suggest Google to provide negative stars rating, so that we can choose -ve stars for those places which are not fit for even 1 star!. This restaurant/hotel comes under negative star rating, for sure!. The (most) shabbiest hotel i have ever been too!!! Not sure how someone can call it a HOTEL?? This place doesn't have the least infra that is expected in a hotel. With tattered walls, ever peeling paints, all the garbage kept below the container rooms, the dirty M-sand on the campus, the ever peeling paints!!., what not? All the items in this place are dated back to its inauguration time!! A place with Zero maintenance! Not sure how someone is approaching this place for eating? for staying? for partying?
Review for Food - Average (2.5*) - Till now i can't decide whether the dessert served was Gulab Jamun or some appam? The Parotta was so hard, The mutton in the curry was hard too.
Altogether a...
Read moreConveniently located near the renowned Our Lady of Snows Basilica, this restaurant offers a charming blend of classical ambiance with a modern touch following its recent renovation.
The setting is warm and inviting, making it a great choice for families and friends alike. Service is generally good, though during peak hours, there might be some delays with orders.
As for the food, while the menu is on the pricier side, the quality more than justifies the cost. The dosa varieties, tandoori chicken, and parotta were all freshly prepared and delicious—definitely worth every penny. Though we didn’t have a chance to try the seafood since we visited for dinner, it's said to be a standout during lunch hours.
Parking is convenient with free street parking available nearby.
Overall, it’s a great spot for family gatherings or catching up with friends, and it comes highly...
