Order number #3648. Order date: 26th March 2022 for delivery on 27th March 2022 between 12-2. Worst delivery experience from you…. Never ordering from this place and not recommending to friends as well… making the customers wait for soo long…. Not answering the phone calls and poor delivery system and when messaged on Instagram asking to wait for 10 more mins. Later when I called the lady on the call said it’ll take another 30 mins for the food as the delivery person Is coming from Avadi (which is 20kms from my home). Then another person spoke on call… he was like you aren’t the only person.. we have other customers too and he was harsh on the call. Later I had to cancel the order since it got delayed way too much and refund will take 2-3 days (I requested for a immediate refund). Never ever order from this place. Doesn’t have punctuality in delivery and don’t know how to handle customer queries. -100/100 for this place. If their delivery is this pathetic, imagine the quality of food. ( Delivery person coming from Avadi and the food will be served hot to the customer who is...

This was my 2nd order on 8/8/2022, 1st order was couple of months back, the first order was just one pack which was actually too good i would have given 4 stars to it...based on that, this time ordered for my kids birthday, the party pack.... the chicken 65 was worst ever in my life, tooooo spicy and not properly marinated or cooked was very very very hard. the bread halwa was a pathetic one, it was just bread partially soaked sugar jeera, i doubt if they had cooked it even or just soaked and gave, the biriyani was ok ok kind, though it was also spicy.... the only thing that got this 1 star atleast, was for the brinjal gravy, it was just awesome and great. Actually i would give 5 stars for the brinjal gravy alone.

Finally, out of my 1st experience i think they have outsourced this order of mine to someone else. felt bad for ordering such a food...

Online ordering is so difficult though im hardly 3km far away from them but still unable to order online after 10pm.... Ridiculous support they got. Don't plan for biriyanitrain if any urgent... All these youtubers are making these guys famous and putting us in to hard situations. Its better to get prepared from the know shops we have...
