great coustomer service and great atmosphere, waiter staff are so friendly, keep up the good work ,all the best..all staff..but I am not finish my review, I would like to share my very bad food taste and quality, yesterday I buy 4 parota ,one baby corn greaves(parcel).tast so bad, greaves very sour taste, vaatu parota and Naan also flour is too raw, not cook properly, wast of money, kindly notify the kitchen team or particular chef who cook the greaves..change the chef immediately, otherwise ,they will spoil or damage the BURMA Brand name in very near future..it is my friendly advice..I am running hotel buisness in America past 11 years..take action immediately in food taste...burma is my all time favorite restaurant in virudhunagar.but yesterday collectrate branch food experience so disappointing me..but service excellent...thank you...

The worst place to We had complained about the porata and the supervisor put his hand in the same plate which we where eating and said no its good . There is no customer service or care or anything like that . the worst part came when they brought the chicken chukka that we order it was nothing like chicken chukka , when i asked the waiter what it was he said that it was mutton chukka and another waiter said it was chicken . even they do not know how a dishes looks the basis for a waiter . the taste of the Chicken was all nothing like chicken. The guy in the counter inside was ultimate when asked him this is the way you treat you customers he simply said yes which was in an arrogant tone. finally NO TASTE , NO SERVICE , NO WORTH TO VISIT

Rice was average, where as every hotel of such ambience will provide best quality rice. Sambar is very average, vegetables given are very average. There was no fry like potato or senai nor there was any poriyal. All of the 3 veg. Items were kootu. Rasam was good. Ambience is 5 Star, cleaning is also good, service is very good but the main part is Food which is Average. Not worth for such a price of 160 / meals.
