Cardiff Cafe Cheranmanagar — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Let me talk about their BRILLIANT ambiance & EXCELLENT service before writing about their food. Named after the capital city of Wales in UK, this cafe was absolute vibes. It gave us a very positive & a homely feeling cuz of their flawless maintenance & such neat service! We didn't really have to worry about the cleanliness/hygiene one bit. The place was well maintained & each table was cleansed properly the very moment customer left.

One of their partners, Mr. Bharathi & the lovely young lad Akash were the 2 ppl who were at the cafe when we went. They were very humble, genuinely sweet, polite & extremely hospitable which is very rare to see in ppl these days. More respect to 'em for that. They took great care of our table & served us food that's completely filled with love. The ambience was well lit with popular English tracks playing at the background. It gave us a party effect n a calming coffee shop experience both at the same time. Their menu is mind blowing. They have sooooo much to try & each of their food item were totally stunning! What we tried,

🌸TANDOORI PANEER BURGER - Biggg fat burger with big fresh tandoor paneer patty along with lettuce, cheese & tomato; spiced perfectly. A best burger should be a combination of right amount of sweet, sour n salt. This burger had 'em all in mild flavours. Tasted great. It was light yet filling. But could be a lil' more juicy n flavourful!

🌸PANEER SANDWICH - Loved this sandwich. Filled with chunks of rich veggies n cottage cheese, these tasted so delicious n became my instant FAV. When paired with their smooth mayo n spicy ketchup, I was taken aback by their taste & quality.

🌸CHEESE GARLIC BREAD - Tooo cheesy n literally THE BEST👌🏻 the portion was larger than other restaurants n I felt that it was made to perfection. So authentic n just the way it should be. Again, when eaten with their super smooth mayo it was STUNNING.

🌸BLUE CURACAO - Most attractive mojito which came in the soothing Blue color which was a perfect fizzy drink that tasted incredibly refreshing.

🌸PIZZA EXOTIA VEG - Loaded with corn, mushroom, olives, pineapple n cheese covered in a layer of cheese again, this pizza was LOVE. Cheesy pull, LOADS OF veggies n with pineapple in it, this was indeed exotic n never failed to astonish us. Easily my MOST FAVOURITE IN THE WHOLE BUNCH.

🌸RED WINE - (Fruit - non alcoholic) - Super zesty n fizzy. had an impeccable balance bet acidity n fruit flavour. Best for ppl who are fond of mildly sweet drinks.

🌸PANEER FRIED MOMOS - Crispy, delicious, deep fried dumplings stuffed with sauteed soft cottage cheese. Tasted a bit like spring rolls. Unique n flavourful.

🌸 OREO BOMB SHAKE - A sweet blend of milk, crushed oreos n chocolate sauce. Presented so beautifully. Tasted rich, smooth n creamy delicious. Hats off to the meticulous attention given to decorate them.

🌸BROWNIE SIZZLER WITH ICECREAM - Perfect dessert to end such a hearty n a delightful meal. Chocolate Brownie with a scoop of vanilla icecream on top served with generous pouring of chocolate sauce. To eat it directly from the hot form from the sizzler was breathtaking.

On the whole, LOVED THE PLACE to bits and pieces. Can't wait to...

My recent visit to Cardiff Cafe was nothing short of a disappointment. I feel compelled to share my experience as it fell far below my expectations, and I cannot recommend this establishment based on the issues I encountered.

Firstly, the delivery service was incredibly delayed. My order arrived more than 45 minutes past the promised delivery time. This level of tardiness is simply unacceptable, especially when customers are relying on a timely service.

To make matters worse, the chicken dish I received was poorly cooked. It was evident that the chicken was only 90% cooked, leaving it raw and unsafe to consume. This not only made for an unappetizing meal but also posed a significant health risk. Regrettably, I experienced stomach pain as a result of consuming undercooked chicken from Cardiff Cafe. This negligence in food preparation is completely unacceptable.

Additionally, the maggie I ordered was exceptionally salty. It seemed as though an excessive amount of salt had been added, rendering the dish nearly inedible. Such a basic oversight in seasoning raises concerns about the attention to detail and overall quality control in the kitchen.

Considering the multiple issues I encountered, I am thoroughly disappointed with Cardiff Cafe. The combination of a severely delayed delivery, undercooked chicken leading to stomach pain, and oversalted maggie has left me with a highly negative impression of this establishment.

I sincerely hope that Cardiff Cafe takes this feedback constructively and makes the necessary improvements in their services and food quality. As it stands, I cannot recommend Cardiff Cafe to anyone, and I encourage potential customers to explore other options that prioritize timely service and consistent food quality.

The vibe was Amazing but food not so good. We travelled almost 10km at night for visiting this 24hr cafe.We waited for more than 1hour for burgers and those where not even warm. Burger bun was also not a regular one felt like a wheat bun and the price of the burger is high compared to its size(very small patty). Waiters aren't much responsive that we have to ask for straw multiple times to get one and they are not attentive while taking orders even though we not only told we also showed them what we want from the menu and still they are confused. The only good thing about waiters is that they aren't rude. While we where waiting, we saw 2 customers walking out of the cafe because their order took too many time. Falooda was good but the shakes are not worth the money(small glass compared to its price). In conclusion falooda and french fries where good and rest of the items are not definitely up to the price. If you have too much time and money to spend and to eat avg/below avg food and does not want that much taste for your food, this place is for you. Not a place for...
