Chai Kings - Tondiarpet — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Beverages was good, Food was good, Ambiance was perfect. But, I don’t think will vist this outlet again because of their staff behavior was soo poor and most irritating and i wont recommend anyone this outlet. I have visited nearly all outlets in chennai but I haven’t experienced like this yet. and i do understand staffs also be in sleepy mood at early morning but this is not your private space. He was just scrolling reels in his mobile with full volume if you really want to make yourself entertained but it must on your staff’s place. He was sitting near me and i was soo much irritated by it. A recently opened branch. The drinks and short eats taste good. The ambience is very cozy and very well thought of. Special kudos to the store incharge Mr. Uma Shankar who had made a mistake in my order because the outlet was crowded. Later when I returned with the wrong order and explained him, he was very polite, apologized several times for the inconvenience, changed the order and even offered a complimentary snack for the inconvenience.
