Coastal Cafe & Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This was the best experience we had so far and there was so much special in each and everything that they took care off which I planned for my husband's birthday on 13th Oct 2025. I would say the food tasted super delicious undoubtedly and the atmosphere along with the yummy food was the fantastic combo. When everything went so good it made our event even more memorable with the batch of enthusiastic youngsters who were the main reason behind our successful surprise event. They made it so carefully right from candle light dinner, arrangements, good serving, capturing all those beautiful moments and until sharing the pics and videos on spot they made everything perfect to the point.

I would definitely suggest this place and it's worth the cost and ambience was so good and relaxing... Just give it a try and I am damn sure everyone...

Very Disappointing Experience at Coastal Cafe

This was one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The staff at Coastal Cafe seemed more focused on just showing up rather than actually serving. When the food finally arrived, it was clearly reheated. Shockingly, they started bringing out dishes even before setting the plates on the table.

We had to ask for water multiple times, and it was only given after we finished eating. If you're short-staffed, why run the restaurant at all?

We came to enjoy a nice time with our kids, but this visit completely ruined our evening. Very poor service. We won’t...

The location and the ambience was great, food and service was excellent. We went there expecting authentic coastal food and dishes... unfortunately we ended up having italian and Chinese. We checked wth the support staff for any local kanyakumari/colachel specials, there were nothing, few coastal food items like prawns, squids, fish, they were chinese/italian/broasted types... If you are looking for authentic coastal food, then maybe you should consider exploring other restaurants a few miles away from this place... Please visit during day time or evening before 7 to enjoy the sea ⛵...
