A Life-Threatening Experience at a Restaurant

I recently had one of the worst experiences of my life, which could have been life-threatening. While dining at a restaurant, I encountered something shocking.

We had ordered food, and I was eating chicken when I suddenly felt something sharp poke inside my mouth. At first, I thought it might be a bone, but to my horror, when I removed it, I discovered it was a sharp nail embedded in the food.

I immediately informed the restaurant staff, but their response was disappointing. Instead of taking immediate action, they merely apologized with a careless attitude, showing no genuine concern for the gravity of the situation.

This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially in places where children and elderly people frequently dine. Such carelessness could lead to severe consequences or even cost someone their life.

I’m sharing this as a warning—be cautious when choosing such restaurants in the future.

Today I made the mistake of taking my family to this pathetic excuse of a restaurant. We ordered Mutton Biryani, and what did they serve? Leftover, reheated garbage that was hard, stale, and absolutely disgusting. When I raised the issue, instead of owning up to their rotten food and miserable standards, they shamelessly offered a discount—like that could cover up their dishonesty and utter lack of respect for customers.

Will they dare serve the same disgusting food to an elite customer? Or is this treatment only for ordinary people? Either way, it says everything about the cheap, unethical mindset this place operates on. No dignity, no quality, no accountability.

On top of all this, they completely spoiled our family time and ruined our weekend.

Avoid this restaurant if you value your money, your health, your time, and your peace of mind.

Very timely experience in billing. However, authentic recipes with specialised regional flavour are not provided, case in point for kerala dishes, as I ordered menu items specific with region names but food does not have regional flavour or taste and also lacks preparation accustomed for making said dishes. Also, quantity of dishes lacks quantity proportional to price chatged for that specific dish. Delivery of order takes very long and staff do not have a faint idea regarding dignified behaviour towards customers to make them welcome or at the least make customers...
