World class facility. Super clean restrooms and tables with automatic dispensers for water hand-wash, sanitizer, soap and dryer. Drinking water is also clean and provided in use and throw cups. Cleaning people working there are very prompt and they cleaned a small water spill immediately. Hope they maintain the same standards. This is at a peaceful place in Bangalore chennai highway and useful stop for fuel and food.
Only concern is the restaurants which serve average food. Prices are nominal but quality has to be improved.
Cafe udupi ruchi south indian thali had huge quantity but average taste(also rice was soggy).
Red pepper express is a non-veg restaurant and did not have biryani ready even at 1.30pm which is very disappointing and I had to settle for chicken meals. Quantity is decent but rice was super dry. Chicken gravy taste was good but under-cooked. Gulab jamun was great. No other good sides were provided, not worth it.
Only concern is if food is not good how will people come since A2B and Star biryani are located just beside the facility. Saw many people come in and seeing what food is available, simply walk out. Hope the restaurants improve quality or better restaurants come up inside. 5 star rating is only to support the maintenance of...
Read moreI recently stopped at Cube Stop Highway – Chennai during a long drive, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. This highway stop is thoughtfully designed for travelers looking for a quick, comfortable break.
Pros:
Clean Facilities: The restrooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained — a big plus when you're on the road.
Food Options: There's a good variety of food outlets, from local South Indian meals to fast food chains. The food court was clean and had decent seating arrangements.
Parking & Accessibility: Ample parking space and easy entry/exit from the highway made the stop stress-free.
Family-Friendly: The place is well-suited for families, with clean washrooms, baby changing facilities, and open space for kids to stretch.
Cons:
Prices: Some food items and snacks were priced slightly on the higher side compared to local eateries.
Limited Menu at Night: If you stop late at night, a few food counters may be closed.
Overall, Cube Stop Chennai is a reliable, safe, and comfortable spot for a short break. Whether it’s to grab a meal, use the washroom, or stretch your legs, this place serves its purpose well. I’d definitely stop here again on my next...
Read moreI WAS CHEATED BY DAKSHIN DINER SALES PERSON AT CUBE STOP HIGHWAY RESTAURANT I paid Rs. 60/- for full plate veg momos, and without seeking confirmation from me he asked the boy to "parcel it for madam...." then they made me sit and wait ..it was all unnecessary forcing to sit and wait .. When I got on the bus...I understood y he had asked it to be parcelled I opened the aluminium foil only to find four tiny....tiny is wrong word...rather I would say that the veg momos were the size of a Ludo dice!
DONT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS U WANT TO FEEL CHEATED AND WASTE MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT SHOULD COST RS. 5/- AND THEYLL CHARGE U MULTIFOLD!!
I and my kids were shocked to experience this from such a good looking ambient restaurant.
I took the pic of the place to brief my husband who requires to e -charge his car( there was an e charging point adjacent to it)...so he could stop and eat something there (he was to travel after three days with his colleagues in different e cars but as our experience was sour and my boys shared the experience, they did charge the car, but didn't went to the cube stop for meals)
