I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent experience my sister and I had at your Vellore branch near the Golden Temple and Narayani Hospital. On [Date], we visited your establishment for dinner and ordered paneer noodles priced at Rs 149. However, our dining experience was marred when we discovered a fly inside the noodles.

Upon bringing this issue to the attention of the staff, we were dismayed by the lack of seriousness and empathy displayed by your team. No apology was offered, and the response was notably indifferent. While the contaminated dish was taken away, there was no follow-up or inquiry into our satisfaction or well-being. Instead, the bill was promptly brought to our table, and we were asked to settle it without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.

This incident is not an isolated one. A few days prior, a friend of mine also dined at your establishment and encountered a similar issue with the quality of the food. In their case, a dirty aroma was detected in the noodles they ordered. These recurring instances of substandard food quality and indifferent customer service are deeply concerning and reflect poorly on the reputation of your establishment.

As loyal patrons of Divine Cafe, we had hoped for a more satisfactory dining experience, one that upholds the standards of hygiene, quality, and customer care that your brand is expected to deliver. However, our recent experiences have left us greatly disappointed and hesitant to return.

Worst staff behaviour, indifferent management and racist. Worst restaurant I have been to. there is a saying 'Unchi dukaan, fikey pakwaan' we had just that experience. The staff is very impolite, cold and outright racist to North Indians. We went to vellore for darshan at Golden temple. For dinner we were looking at options and we found Divine cafe as a premier one and with modern decor from outside. Firstly, the staff was very impolite and was in his own VIP attitude, I was speaking to him in english when he blurtly told me " We speak only in english and tamil no hindi" I was like I am speaking to you in english you dont even know that or what? We ignored that and moved on. When we were ordering food he was denying availability for whatever we were ordering while the same was being served to other tables. The tipping point for us was when we asked for Tissue paper which is a bare minimum service that is available even in a road side tapri. The staff says our restaurant has run out of tissues. I went upto the manager even he was indifferent to the staffs attitude. Such a big restaurant and they dont even have a tissue paper. This was the worst experience in a restaurant in my whole life.
