Domino's Pizza | International Tech Park, Tharamani — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

This is my second worst experience with Domino’s. This time it is with Taramani branch.

Hurray! I got my pizza delivered in just 4 hours. I ordered pizza online at 1.15 PM and got it delivered at 5.30 PM. That too, it was delivered after calling 10 times. I followed up with the restaurant, the manager and the supervisor.

It is all about the way you communicate with the customer. If you really can’t make up the order you should inform directly and not play around like this. I called several times and each time they say that I will check and get back. Then, I don’t get any response.

Being a customer, I placed the order, paid the amount online and I had to follow up 10 times to get my order after 4 hours. Nothing can be worse than this. It is the worst experience that a customer can face. I waited for my lunch…my time was totally wasted and did not eat anything expecting this order.

Such an incident is happening for the second time. This is an indication that the company has to look into the management and the people they hire. I hope such an experience doesn’t occur in the future for...

Ordered a pizza through swiggy. The delivery time mentioned was 30 mins. As I didn't receive the order even after one hour, checked the Dominos app and found that the order was already marked as delivered! Couldn't call them as the number provided in the app was not working. Talked to swiggy customer support executive and I was informed that it was some technical error from dominos and the order would be delivered soon. Waited for another hour, but still didn't get the order. Talked to Swiggy again and finally they confirmed that the order has been cancelled and I would get a refund in 7-10 working days! 2.5 hours of waiting time for NOTHING! Great service...

I strongly advise against ordering from this specific Domino's restaurant. Their service and food quality are consistently poor. The pizza often arrives cold and seems unhygienic. Delivery is always late, and they never honor the 30-minute delivery guarantee. My experience with this outlet has been consistently disappointing.
