Erode Spicy Kitchen — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very poor service. Veg started was served under cooked, after we finished eating non veg starters and main course. Taste of all dishes was average. The prices in the bill was higher than the menu card. Eg : Roti was billed at Rs 57.14 per pc, menu card rate was Rs 40 When questioned, only then we were told that prices have been revised. They gave a new menu card, in which roti price was mentioned as Rs 50 When asked why there was still Rs 7.14 extra on the bill, they told it was tax (5% of 50rs in 2.5rs). But there was another 5% tax added to the total. Complete forgery. Taking customers for granted. Manager didn't even care to come in person to solve this. Talked over phone and asked the cashier to change the bill to the rates in the old menu. Total of Rs 500 was reduced from the initial bill value of 2100. We paid ~1600. It's an average restaurant. Too much hype was given on Ghee podi chicken & Japan chicken but those two were below average. Prawn maharani was too salty and all these deep fried items are prepared using the same masala so that I couldn't find the unique taste of each item. Ghee podi chicken is too salty.

Bin parota is not cooked properly.

The saviour in the lot is Nool parota and butter chicken gravy (gravy alone) chicken used was so hard and over cooked & rubbery.

Kotthu parotalam podavea theariyala in fact kotthavea ellah mulusu savea erunthuchu pieces of parota and mutton.

Salna please don't taste it. It's just a water and chilli powder mix.

Ambience (lawn, children's play area) is good.

I have ordered 10 plain rotti, pepper chicken, Andhra chicken gravy, chicken manchurian today and the foods provided today we're absolutely out of taste. Let me first provide the rates 1.)plain rotti 1 - Rs.47.62 2.)pepper chicken - RS. 152.38 3.)manchurian-171.43 4.)Andhra chicken- 161.90 The reason am providing the rates are I received pepper chicken very very less quantity like about only 100gms and when asked them they told that is the quantity they provide. Then the rotti was just the size of my palm and per rotti costs rs.47.62/-... This is very very bad on them......No proper response when discussing this situation and they are totally out of...
