Fire Pizza — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

First few visits service was good. But we visited today 12/4/2018. Very poor service. The lady who was taking orders seemed to be confused and least bothered. We found staff was less compared to the previous visits. They said chicken pizza will take longer as they have to boil the chicken. We were totally disappointed The pizza ordered for dine in was packed for take away.

The owner has responded with a claim that we needed to wait 5 minutes if the chicken was over. But the staff could not tell us how long we would have to wait. We has ordered two pizzas with the same toppings but one was with regular dough and the other with wheat. We only said that the second pizza which they had prepared had very less sauce (near to negligible) and toppings compared to the first one. They had in fact denied that we ordered that. Luckily I had written in a paper the toppings chosen and the bases. So they cross checked and admitted they had forgotten. Sir u said about a pizza holding a particular weight. Yes we know that. But please make sure the toppings customers omit are not added cos that can add to the weight too. In our case broccoli was added but since we noticed it as it was being added it was removed. But tomatoes which we did not ask for was added. So that unwanted ingredient can break the pizza too

A restaurant that claims to open from 11-11 says that they served us the last order before 9.30pm. we were not even told it's the last order. If so we would not have asked for dine in and troubled the staff. They just packed it. When we asked for dine in they did not say it's the last order. They only said they mistook it to be take away. We don't like to mistreat any employee of anyone. But we were just not happy with the service. But I should say they had the courtesy in admitting their mistakes and apologizing for it though they were initially defiant. Sir u claim we ordered 18 toppings when we have ordered 15 namely: artichoke, basil, bell pepper, chicken, paneer, garlic, jalapeno, mushroom, olive, pepperoni, sausage,onion, oregano, peppercorn, pineapple. I am just listing it cos u claimed u can upload the list I ordered. Well if u have the handwritten list I had given, you could count...

Excellent!! That's all I can say. The food was ripe fresh! I mean everything from the flour to the vegetables and add-ons were bright new! And the taste! Remarkable! I give this opinion as someone who has tasted the best of food from different countries. My childhood until higher secondary school was spent in Abu Dhabi -the United Arab Emirates. Hence I can judge what food is international!

Especially the Pizzas the bake here. Finally I found some relief compared to the dozens of Pizza eateries in Coimbatore in which they cook some chappatis (unleavened flatbread made out of wheat), put some vegetales on it and claim it to be a pizza! Sheesh!!! I want those guys to learn from Fire Pizza!!!

The customer-service was prompt and great. Despite the busy hours and limited staff, I was treated royally. A very home-friendly and neat environment. But the best part of it all? The Price! Quality is not expensive at Fire Pizza. Recommend everyone to visit this place along with their family. I am a popular author of books and I know what I am talking! A 5 star rating from me!

Decently PRICED PIZZAS IN COIMBATORE !!! Good ambience with a fire oven with A good variety of pizzas in which you can customise your toppings. The Thin crust and regular crust choice are available along with Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese choice. 8 inch is for 249 and 12 inch for 399 for both veg and non veg pizzas. As for taste, it's really decent compared to the other pizzas in Coimbatore that's overpriced and not of good quality. We took a take-away and it seemed good.
