Quite long post. I post reviews hardly. Since we had a worst experience I am supposed to share my experience. Went to this restaurant with my 5yr old son and 3yr old daughter since they wanted to play in the play area. Pls see the image. There was a pit near the play area (probably having depth) which was covered with sack bags. A long hose from the motor was connected to this and then we understood that it was dangerous to go near. This was located exactly near the play area where all children were present. we ordered fish finger, pallipalayam chicken, roti, biriyani. Everything was too much oily. When informed this to the server, he reluctantly replied that these dishes will be good only with much oil. We could see that dishes were brought after much delay. First they brought roti and gravy was brought after 15 mins. The person who was serving was scrolling through his mobile with one hand and serving with other hand without even seeing our table. Since they gravy was brought late, we requested them to parcel it. But they never showed up. We returned back without parcel only. Requested for soda. They brought the bill meanwhile. We paid and we're waiting for soda. When asked after 20 mins, they were asking whether it was not given before itself. Very worst experience on the whole. Foods are priced too much. Had stomach upset after dinner. Didn't expect such a serene place will be having pits covered with sacks in the play area which may cause risk...
Read moreDate 12/12/24 17:06. Dine in - H3. Bill - 26. We asked for a non-spicy biryani since we had 2 elders who cannot consume spice. They serve us a fully-chilli paste soaked veg biryani that we returned instantly after seeing the colour and consuming a spoon in front of the steward. We respectfully and gently told the server that what they served us was not biryani but a mix of chilli paste with frozen veg, tossed with rice. The server acknowledged and took it back with a neutral face! We ordered chapati and another mix veg curry instead. Despite the horrendous biryani, they charged us Rs. 180 for it. Either they must have told us in advance that they will replace with a mild non-spicy biryani or must have parcelled it for us saying that they cannot take it back. They took the biryani back, and still charged us? After seeing their (both server and the manager) rude immoral behaviours I can confidently say that they must have certainly served it to another order! When we asked for the owners phone number to convey, they denied to give it and asked us to write a review on Google instead. PLEASE AVOID SUCH RUDE RESTAURANTS. THEIR FOOD WAS HORRIBLE TOO. CHAPATI WAS LIKE A CARDBOARD. THEY USED THE SAME CHILLI PASTE OIL FOR VEG CURRY AS WELL. SAME FROZEN VEGGIES THAT TASTED NOTHING BUT CHILLI. PLEASE...
Read moreI visited FiveStar Garden for Dinner and had the following dishes : butter naan, pepper chicken, Chicken 777, chicken 65, sezuwan fried rice, chicken fried rice, and Afghani chicken
The ambience and cleanliness was all great but the service and the food tasted very poor.
We were the only customer at the time of dinner that I visited, there were plenty of staffs but no one were attendive enough to even notice the customers.
The restaurant had a very good ambience but I seriously disliked the service and the food quality there.
The Soup was not up to the point and the alfam chicken was too burnt and dry.
And at last the pricing was way too high for the quality and quantity of the food they offered.
Also to mention the pepper chicken gravy that I ordered had merely any chicken for which they...
