Worst experience. To start with is the way the waiters behave. He literally plucked the menu card out of our hand to handover to some one who had come after us. A hotel this big don't even have enough menu card is ridiculous. The attitude of the waiter is beyond words. We literally had to ask them multiple times to fill the glasses in the table ! We wanted to have some hot water as we had a kid with us and they told us that the geyser is not working and so they can't provide us with hot water. They have changed from a good restaurant to a money minded one.!

Secondly the food, I had my 2 year old nephew with me and i ordered Palada for him. For a kid they served food which was cold and inedible.!

We ordered Grill chicken for ourselves. And it was fully raw. Not even cooked properly.

I recommend people to boycott this place and let them know the value of a customer.!

Recently had went to this restaurant, actually it was my last hangout with my friend and my flight also in few hours so plan to have heavy. And first time to this JALLIKATTU Ordered three chicken briyani with tanturi chicken and chicken gravy, serving was late a bit nearly 25 minutes. The taste worst and the quantity is more but the quality is bad. The chicken in the briyani was not boiled well which make as totally upset. The salad was missing so briyani became our enemy so we ordered as salad, but the salad was late we plan to leave the restaurant. Finally we ordered a cool drink we ask in mini they gave in tin. The ice cream was good and they had original pepper which other restaurants won’t👍👍 when we having our food small children were playing in upstairs which is totally make us insane. The ambience place was awkward ( small and overcrowded) the restroom was good and tidy🤗. Finally when I went to pay my bill the card machine was repaired they told me to pay my bill in paytm and no atm nearby so went half a km to get my money which make us totally a lame 😒.
