Went with my joint family for a family-get together dinner. The idea is good. Open dining (thankfully it didn't rain) with a projector screen. Every table is secluded using bushes.
The cost is pretty high for the exterior of a small city. I can find cheaper prices in Bangalore, Chennai or Hyderabad. 550 was the price of a full Afghani chicken (didn't order, just saw in the menu). You can get one for 440 in Bangalore.
Tandoori chicken is okay. We don't get a kuboos with it though. The naans are okay as well (tried plain, butter & garlic naans). The ice-creams are overpriced but good.
The chicken butter masala & paneer butter masala are awful. They didn't even give butter masala. They gave something that had onions, capsicums & of a totally different colour and taste. I thought this is a genuine mistake in noting down the orders but this happening twice suggests otherwise.
The shawarma is dreadful. After waiting for 30 mins, we got something burnt to the extent of tasting bitter. There was a lot of hotness & bitterness. The shawarma wasn't even salted properly.
Sounds system is not equalized properly, too bass heavy. They were projecting songs from youtube. Neither did they get YouTube premium nor do they skip the ads. The projector is also not aligned with the screen.
Cleanliness is questionable. After we sat, we asked the staff to clean the table (die to the scattered food pieces from the previous diners). They just brushed away the food pieces onto the floor, didn't gather it in a pan or anything. There is one tiny toilet, which thankfully was clean.
All in all, we feel misled by the ratings, robbed by the prices, a lot of our time was wasted & I pray that the food doesn't cause stomach...

I would say that, they are improving in all the aspects. It's my fourth visit over there. Their menu is specialised on shawarma and chicken item. Their shawarma is a bit mild flavoured but it tastes good. Their chicken items too has mild flavours and it's a bit good with quantity. Their starters are good and they are improving the taste.
With desserts, their performance is too unsatisfied. Their mojitos are priced at 120 on an average. But, it's too high for the mean taste and they are introducing pannacotta it's tastes good on a scale of 6/10 but, the blueberry syrup spoils the entire taste and I would like to have it without the syrup on top and would like to have them focused more on taste as they focus on customer service and presentation. ย ย ย Read moreWhat is the use of having a perfect spot when you not able to hire extra servers who can address the customers on time.....
I personally had a worst experience the way I was addressed and the order almost took long time then expected.
I was addressed by a server who can not even share me menu card on time and food in the other side was so delayed me and my partner lost patients.
Later I was forced to cancel the order and later informed it can not be, had to opt for take away.. And the take away parcel was nightmare.
More then setting up a spot make sure you spend some time in addressing the customers and work on getting the orders delivered to the table on time.
We are at your place for food and if it's not served on time with right manner what is the use to visiting the location .
