We group of friends went here thinking that ambience and quality of food and service will be good. We even called and enquired the previous day if any reservation was supposed to be made. The restaurant doesn't have a proper management of the servers. They tend to have a system where a person called CAPTAIN will only take orders and another person will only serve food. The so called captain took our order and disappeared. The person serving food delivered each item individually after taking a lot of time. They even brought the other table's order to us. We ordered 15 butter naan and got one half after 30mins of ordering and other half after enquiring about the remaining (1 hour from ordered time). When enquired about it to the server he pointed towards the CAPTAIN. Similarly one set of the gravy were also brought before the naan arrived and another set which was terrible was brought after the second set of naan. We lost our appetite after this. One chicken biryani was also included with the naan, the CAPTAIN promised that there was chicken biryani but after 45mins he told there weren't any left. To our surprise the nearby family who happened to arrive after we ordered got 2 chicken biryani. Fed up with this, we ordered some fried rice and we didn't seem to receive it even after 30mins. Later when inquired for bill, they brought the fried rice which tasted like rice mixed in salt. The irritating part was when they brought us the bill and had chicken biryani included in it. Never experienced such a worst incident ever in my life. Lost the mood to go out eat at all. It's better to order food online and eat at home safe. But this was an unavoidable get together that resulted in this tragedy.

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit a local restaurant with my family, and our experience was quite straightforward. The atmosphere was okay—nothing too fancy, but it had a casual vibe that made it comfortable for a family outing. However, it didn’t really stand out or create a memorable ambiance. The menu was simple, featuring a limited selection of dishes that kept things uncomplicated. While the food was decent, it wasn’t anything to write home about; it was more about filling our stomachs than delighting our taste buds. That said, the prices were quite reasonable, with most items costing under 300, making it a budget-friendly option for families. One thing I noticed was the lack of crowd during our visit. Only two tables were occupied, which contributed to a quiet and relaxed dining environment, though it also gave the impression that the restaurant might not be a local favorite. Overall, this restaurant serves its purpose as a casual dining spot with affordable prices, but if you’re looking for an extraordinary culinary experience or a vibrant atmosphere, you might want to keep exploring other options.

Went for family dinner on a weekday. Place is quite open with an open LCD playing songs. Tables inside the rooms are quite smelly and not cleaned well. Sitting outside is cool with the breeze. Taste is not so remarkable average. Cost is bit more when compared but quantity is not directly proportional to the cost. Ample parking space available. OPP to this is four seasons bar and restaurant so the kitchen is same for both family dining & bar restaurant. We ordered mix veg curry which is horrible in taste so please don't order that. Chicken briyani is ok make sure it serverd hot else briyani prepared at noon will be served at night. Chicken briyani cost 140 Mix veg curry cost 180 Mushroom dry cost 125 Quantity is minimal to very much Taste *** service ** ambiance **** parking ****

To tell one by one: Food : 1/10 .. Food not at all good, very worst

Taste : 0/10 ... Taste is a big zero .. only outer part of food will be tasted , in the middle it ll he Taste less

3 . Service ; 5/10 .... boys attend carefully, what can they do if management is worst

4 . Rate of drinks : 0/10..... Everywhere other than this restaurant they charge extra 10 to 15% extra on mrp as Service charges but here they charge nearly 22% which is very worst .... and if questioned on this there is no reply which is vunacceptable.

5 . Hygiene : 6/10 : TO be seen on table it is good other that okok

Response to queries: A big zero out of 10 .... No response at all they put the blame on management and try to escape ... which is very annoying... worst response ever .

BETTER, , SEARCH FOR GOOD RESTAURANTS.... IF u are NOT getting accountability for your money then why this RESTAURANT... Think THRICE before entering...

Hope this was...
