HB Food Court Marthandam — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

My wife pretend to be asked everytime to have a look in to this restaurant. And we tried on 29-Dec. Let me share from A - Z

The store visibility was good and the parking fesility was not to the mark.

There is no need of welcome actually, but the store was short format and if the staff may turn they can see us, so the Meet & Greet was not even done.

We selected a table near to the door and after 3 minutes the guy provides the Menu card and we asked for comp but there is no option for it.

So we order grilled chicken with one lime juice.

AC available with 16°but no use of having it in that. Even fan tooo, very hot inside.

After waiting for almost 20minutes I have need to be asked the receptionist whether we able to have our food or else cancel, she said it's ready now.So here even we missed the smile from her.

Food received and we asked for a Moines, the staff says we need to pay for it. ok Fine let's pay get me two. So the food part not even fulfilled.

There is no water to drink, if required we need to pay for Aquafina

And the food really waste of money, received four pieces and I don't know whether they even know to cook or not.

Washing part again, it's not hygeine if we need to spit out near by a customer's eating food, this will make disturbance.

And the billing part even we went to the counter.

Really really...

Today I ordered bucket biryani for 1500 INR and expecting a good quantity and quality, but it was a huge disappointment.i received 5 small pieces of fried chicken that not even 10 grams per piece and small cubes of brownie with very low grade quality and some gravy that not even sufficient for two persons…

Quantity Issues: • The bucket looked big, but….. • The portion size was much smaller than advertised, barely serving the promised number of people.

Quality Issues: • The biryani lacked authentic flavor, tasting more like plain spiced rice rather than proper dum biryani. • The meat pieces were very few, with some being overcooked, dry, or having more bones than actual meat. • The rice was too oily and too dry, making it unpleasant to eat.

Overall, it was not worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve their quality and portion sizes. Definitely not a value-for-money...
