We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The food served was completely different from what was mentioned on the menu, and the quality was far below . The service was equally unsatisfactory, with little attention paid to customer concerns. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and we would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a meal

I specifically ordered a chocolate frappe, but instead they served me a Sharjah shake without even informing me. When I pointed it out, there was no proper response or effort to correct the mistake. and replied, this is the frappe we serve here. The menu should match what is being served, and customers should get exactly what they order.
