Hotel Ariyas — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Yesterday we went to this hotel at 2.30pm. Initially we waited for 10min no one came and they said we need to buy a token for meals. So i went to buy token they said please wait for 5min after that no token available simply said go with tiffin item. I thought we came late so meals finished i thought. But when i ordered briyani for us. They said okay and we waited to serve. After 10 min again they said briyani is over. Again i ordered with curd rice waited for another 10 min same reply its over. Only they have chappathi and parota.

I said first itself u said only these available we will ordered. Y u said all item available and forced la waited for 30min without nothing. If u have food u can tell all item to customer if not just say directly only these item available. They will go order if not go with other hotel. Really poor...

This place and food was good. But, I had a problem with parking space (especially on peak hours). There is a parking space, back side of this hotel. Medium range parking space. Path for this parking space is on the right side of the hotel. The path was very narrow and only one vehicle(car) can go in or out at a time. Last time, I was in this parking space. there was a car heading out from this parking space. At the same time there was a car camed in halfway through the narrow space. Suddenly, the car in this parking space got reversed and hit the another car standing near the path. One of the employee on this hotel, told that car driver to get away quickly. So, the conclusion of this review is. even though the hotel and the food was good but they don't care about, what happened to our vehicle's that was standing in they're...

Once reached Palladam Bis stand we can see this hotel opposite to the bus stand. We have to walk a stairs to enter the hotel so aged people have to think of it.

Some times like peak hours we can't get table that easier. So have to keep in mind about this. An A/C hall with 12 to 15 tables available here. So if willing van book it previously.

While saying about serving it is too worst even there tables were free. To take orders there were 3 persons but none of them were attentive and they concentrate only few tables. I saw a family asking for water but they didn't get up to 10 minutes. I didn't see worst of serving any where in my experience. Same happen for me in different way like we asked for paratta and they brought chapati and replied carelessly.
