Hotel Ariyas — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

At the out set, let me explain , why i have given 5 star ratings for this hotel.

They have displayed the complaint telephone number on the counter it self. Very openly displayed the board. May be it is a norms , but i didnot find any other highway hotels displayed complaint numbers this openly. You are free to watsup or call the number and register your complaints directly to the govt authorities. This shows their confident with their service. (Ofcourse service was excellent )

last time i was reviewd with some slackness, and the owner replied promtly and resolved the issue.

They are not using any added flavors, ajinamoto and adultered oil or artificial colours in their food.

located on the Perumanallur to Coimbatore main high way and one can not miss the huge name board on it.

Very good tasty and decently maintained hotel. Breakfast and lunch is tasty. Morning 0700 hrs itself you can get all varieties. Neat and clean. They clean the floor very often. Dinning area is well furnished and spacious. A separate air conditioned hall is there. Ambiance is soothing.

Staffs are courtesy enough and delivery of food is fast. Usuall wait time is 5 minute and in peak time maximum 10 minutes . Fast serving. (For a people of four )

Ample of parking place and wash room /rest rooms are very neatly maintained. A small kids play area will definitely make attraction to small kiddies.

What I like about this restaurant is the Ambiance & the ample car parking. What I did not like is the kitchen, which is not in control of staffs or the owners sometimes.When I visited this restaurant in the middle of 2019, CONTAMINATED food was served to me. My food was prepared by a person , who all of a sudden entered the restaurant, discussed something with the cashier and went to the kitchen to prepare contaminated food. I was having my food and I felt a sour taste in the pudhina chutney. I stopped eating , paid the bill and left the restaurant in the afternoon. Driving towards Coimbatore, ten minutes later, I felt uneasiness in my stomach. I immediately suspected food poisoning. I took medication for a fortnight to SAVE myself. Never stopped here even though I travel frequently on this way. When tried yesterday, this is my experience. Worst staffs, had to wait 20 mins before someone get to our table. Asked for additional chair since we went with a kid, the staff was rude and said no additional chair. When placed order he said most of food was over. Even after taking order he came back 10 minutes later and informed the ordered food is not available. With kid waiting for 30 mins without food is bad. Even though the hotel was not having rush or wait time. No supervision or responsible staff, when informed in the billing counter he just Okey sir and no action was taken.
