Hotel Gowri Krishna — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Went in on a Wednesday night for dinner, close to 9pm. Parking was in front of the shop and it was not easy to squeeze a car in amongst the haphazardly parked bikes- a security guard to help with parking maybe helpful.

The restaurant is elevated by a dozen or steps with no alternatives, hence not wheelchair friendly. There was a bad stench near the staircase and peeping what’s below felt like the place of storing and processing the veggies- had a second thought to whether dine here!

The seating has specific area earmarked for families. Seats were almost available. Available items were explained well. Order was taken quickly and delivered quickly as well.

Ordered chola poori, pepper idli and chilli porotta. All of them were good, not the best, but still good. Pepper idli was a bit too spicy, but other than that it was fine. Coffee was good as well. Ice cream options were available as well. At the cashier there was meetah pan available for ₹5 a piece.

I have booked the hall in this hotel for an engagement. The hall is spacious enough to accommodate 250-300 people. There's a neat dining area on the top floor and almost 50-75 people can be served depending upon lunch or breakfast. The overall experience was good. The food was ready on time. The items were decent. The service was also good. The only drawback in this hall is the parking space. We had to park all the vehicles on the road. Except that everything...

Good food. Delicious.. Affordable rates.. Reacting to Customers during busy hours is not up to the satisfaction..

There is no other hotels giving such good food in this area.

So, this is the only choice for the travellers and the people of this area to get good party foods.

A spacious hall is arranged in the first floor to conduct small functions for 250 peoples. That is the only plus point of this hotel.
