Food is normally good like idly (mostly not hot/not warm), dosa, Parotta are good. Last week during Diwali/post Diwali looks most of the workers left to their hometowns and due to this the service and availability of the items were pretty bad. Otherwise the service and availability of items are ok. Won't say great but it is just ok. Just understand that this is a small road side small hotel and don't expect and compare with adayar Ananda bhavan/Murugan idli types. Billing counter staff are very lazy, they waste our time by entering in their registers even after showing the payment, after that give the bill with seal. Only then we are asked to give the same to parcel counter, and they too take their own time, once the order made they should ensure to arrange, they should not make us to run piller to post, very bad experience at hotel Gowri...
