Yesterday had our early dinner at this place. Best Authentic Madurai style cuisine is on offer with good natured smiling ppl throughout. We were puzzled as there were nobody but us in the hotel when we went. 7pm or so. But, the quality of food was top notch. Their Pallipalayam chicken was THE YUMMIEST EVER till date. Dosa chutney was very good. I do appreciate ppl who serve Good food (Taste + Quality + Quantity) so, went to the Cashier/Manager and did appreciated them. The have a very good ambience. The Keethu design under the concrete ceiling is really something to be mentioned felt really good. That authentic village side feeling along with mouth watering food. Made our day.
Things to improve: The table can be kept clean. We could see a lot of scratches on the tables. Definitely not a pattern or design. Can be renovated with better tables.
Positives: You have got positively motivated labourers which is a gift. Don't miss them. The server boys did a great job. And parking thatha too. His smile is something.

This highway place serves non-vegetarian food and they claim it to be like home made. Let me list down their attributes Food taste - I tried their veg meals, non veg meals, chicken Tikka, chicken 65 and jigarthanda. The spices and flavors used was subtle and not too heavy. Good for people traveling on the highway. Didn't take pics as the place wasn't suitable.
Food quality - meals, 65 and jigarthanda were fresh but the Tikka felt like reheated one.
Ambience - The Outlook of the restaurant feels simple yet elegant. The interiors have intrinsic details and different material used for ceiling and wall decoration. But the place was not clean. The cleaning cloth used to wipe the tables was stinky and they didn't mind it. Also, it takes lot of time for them to clean the tables.

Above Average restaurant with High cost of food. Cost and Taste + Ambience are not balancing. I feel they charge bit higher in that locality.
