Been here for breakfast while traveling back from Pondicherry to Chennai. It's a decent highway restaurant with great hospitality. The ambience is pretty basic. It had two sections; AC & Non AC. The cleanliness of the place is satisfactory. They have adequate space to handle both regular travellers and the bus passengers. Most of the service is handled by women here. They are very friendly and serve you wholeheartedly. But, on the other hand the cashier at the counter is a bit hard and often gets confused with bills & payments. I ordered Ghee Roast Dosa, Vada & Tea. Ghee roast was good with the paper like texture and massive witch hat-like structure. Vada was too good with a strange softness. I really loved it. Tea was good and I believe they use milk powder to enhance the taste of tea. Overall, the taste was satisfactory. They do not accept cards but accept UPI payments. Pricing is quite moderate for a highway restaurant. The hand wash area was clean and had a watery soap dispenser. In my view it's a no nonsense highway restaurant which you can depend upon during the hungry hours. -BeingBakasura

Asked for a set of Poori and 1 coffee. Poori came with a vada. When asked if the poori set came with a vada, the waitress said no and she kept it on the plate because the vada was good. And later I was brought tea instead of coffee so I sent it back. And then the coffee came in a paper cup instead of a davara set. Might not sound that bad, but I’m paying ₹25 for a coffee that would barely be worth ₹15. It better come with a davara bro. 😤 And after I paid I didn’t get my change back. I asked the waitress and she said ₹95 rupees anna. I said where’s my change? She took it out of her pocket and handed it to me. A tip comes from gratitude, not for your attitude. Uff.

Most of the omni & certain govt buses night rest stop in ECR.. +ve is rest room hygiene, some snacks quality and plenty of parking space availability.. Food and hot beverages are not worth for money but ok... And you don't have a options for rest stops in ECR after 11pm to 5am.. I think this restaurant only operating 24/7 in ECR apart from that usual govt bus stops (😕).. If u feel sleepy, u can park ur car and snap some time for safety reason.. Finally they do charge little for rest room use... 😉

After having a wonderful darshan of the lord in Sri Bhoomeeswarar temple, we decided to call it a day, since it was almost noon.

As we driving back to chennai on the ecr route, we decided that we will have our lunch in a good hotel enroute.

We noticed this hotel, and decided to try it out. Good parking space available. Our decision to stop and have our lunch here was a good one, since there was no proper good place to eat after this one all the way upto thiruporur.

We were right on time, since lunch was ready, dinning area is spacious with normal seating arrangement. They do have a small air conditioned dinning area.

Took our seat, ordered normal vegetarian meals, and it was served quickly. Staff were very friendly and respectful, which we liked a lot. Food was served pipping hot, which was very good. Rice rasam, side dish served were good, with sambar being slightly above average quality.

Enjoyed the food, the way the staff were talking to us in a friendly respectful manner and this kind of added to the wonderful day of drive,...

Worst Service.

My bus stopped here for a break at 9:30 pm. Restaurant: Tried takeaway (2 Idly for 35rs) have to wait for 5 mins for billing. A woman in service shouted at office personnel to come for billing and cashiering then they came. Most of the employees are women here which is appreciated.

Coffee Shop: (1 Tea - 20 Rs)To buy a cup of tea we have to get a bill 1st. Had to wait for billing here too. After billing the Tea master went for food, waited for 10 mins, when reached the billing person, he informed me to wait further as bus won't leave for while. In the next 2 to 3 mins the bus started from there and the money I paid for tea was wasted.

Women employees carry courtesy while male employees don't. The negligence of every counter staff(male) member shows the customer is concerned.

They get business as most of the buses stop here for food break, which leads them not to care about the...
