Hotel Saravana Bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

First of all this is NOT REAL Hotel Saravana Bhavan , This is ordinary street side hotel which happens to have same name like the original one .This is duplicate/fake look alike. Useless hotel. Avoid at all cost . Reasons - 1.They didn't even offer water which is basic stuff , We had to beg for water and talk to supervisor to get the water served. 2.They provide tokens for the items which are not available, then after waiting for sometime and questioned about the delay they will inform that the items are not available.Yes you have to payup and get token to get the food . 3. Taste and quality of the food is worst , even street side food would be way better than this. 4. When questioned about mishaps, staffs are behaving rudely to customers. 5. Too much waiting time even to get regular meals served. Serving staff gets tokens from customers and forgets to get food which ends in fight between staff and customer. Conclusion - Dont go to this hotel thinking it is original Hotel Saravana Bhavan, this is low quality street side hotel. This is some ordinary hotel with same name and stealing people's money with high cost and low...

To start up with taste.. Taste is good. Food quality and quantity is really good. Decent variety of items in meals. Food is unlimited. AC hall. Not that much neat. Little bit clumsy. But okay if ur really hungry to eat in afternoon. Service is not bad. However it's too costly.. A special meals in AC cost around 150 . Which means even in adyar Anandh bhavan it's 135rps only or in original saravana / vasanth bhavan it's 145 or in hot chips it's 85rps. Same type of meals with superb taste. So there should be lots of improvement needed. It's a one time try if there is no other way to have lunch very nearly to tirutani Murughan...

I don’t want to give even 1Star rating for this hotel, This people are blindly cheating the people in the name of brand Saravana Bhavan Hotel in thiruthani , I request the saravana Bhavan hotel to take action against this kindly of hotel in spooling your Hotel name. The meals is worst and it cost around 100/- , rice are cooked with half steam uncooked rice , I request the food safety department of Tamil Nadu government to action against this food , food are not in hygiene , kindly take action @foodsafeydepartment Tamilnadu .
