Hotel Sri Kamatchi bhavan — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very bad in customer service. This is the first time I saw the hotel serving food without side dishes after 5-10mins they are bringing the sambar and chutney. Too much delay for most of the orders, I have seen lots of customers go to their kitchen and pick up their orders. Food taste is below average, don't spoil your trip by visiting this hotel for breakfast/dinner.

More than 30mins is waiting time for all other orders even for already prepared foods like idly, Vada, pongal. When I check with the person who sits down at the cashier counter, he's responding very lethargic and did not react to this issue.

SERVICE, FOOD TASTE, CUSTOMER RESPONSE, AND STAFF BEHAVIOURS ARE EVERYTHING VERY BAD HERE. HIGHLY NOT...

Worst breakfast for the amount paid. It was as costly as A2B ,PS4, Sarvana Bhavan & UPSANA. But the quality and service was like Road side tiffin centres.

Ghee Pongal for name sake they print ghee Pongal in bill,but it smells highly like Dalda pongal. Texture was semi solid.

Medu Vada- fried in old oil like taste was not good.

coffee &Tea it was ₹40 , not worth the money. Really disappointing.

4.Restroom - in simple terms it was like public toilet

Overall please don't prefer this restaurant instead , you can try some hygienic and good restaurants...

Had breakfast on 26th August Friday at 9am. Ordered veg combo breakfast which included idly,dosa,poori,vada,Pongal and a sweet. Taste is very average and dosa batter was sour and didn't taste good at all. As it was over roasted we asked to change it. But still it wasn't good. Also at 9am vada was soggy and not even warm. When asked the server his response was rude and manager was also the same. Moreover the manager was DRUNK that time and my husband could feel that when he spoke to him.worst! And we won't...
